Why is monthly billing higher than annual?
Annual plans reduce our administrative overhead, so we pass those savings back to you with a lower effective rate. You can switch to annual at any time to lock in the best price.
What's the difference between the Launch fee and Managed Care?
The Launch fee is a one-time fee covering platform delivery, full configuration, deployment, and your team's onboarding. Managed Care is the ongoing plan that keeps your platform running, secure, backed up, and continuously improved.
Are there any hidden fees or per-booking charges?
No. Unlimited bookings, unlimited staff, unlimited customers — always. The only thing outside of these plans is the cost of your SMS provider (if you opt into SMS verification), which is billed directly by that provider at wholesale rates.
Can I cancel Managed Care? What happens to my data?
You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. You always own your data — at any point you can export a complete backup from the admin panel (customers, appointments, gallery, testimonials, timesheets).
Do you offer multi-location discounts?
Yes. Each additional location gets a reduced Launch fee and a lower Managed Care rate. Book a call and we'll tailor a package to your group.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), ACH/bank transfer, and Interac for Canadian customers. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Is there a setup time? When can we go live?
Most businesses go live within 5–10 business days from when the Launch fee is received and your branding assets are delivered. We handle everything: domain, SSL, configuration, and training.
